Mat Pilates - YOGAthletix Zoom Recordings

This low impact fitness class uses light weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to strengthen your entire body. With an emphasis on body awareness, mindful breathing and proper alignment this class aims to sculpt and tone the muscles of the arms, back, core and glutes while also improving flexibility and balance. All levels of skill are welcome.
