BarreFit - YOGAthletix Zoom Recordings
This lower body focused fitness class is inspired by ballet barre technique. It will improve your poster, tone your muscles, strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and stamina, all while learning ballet terminology. You will leave feeling longer, stronger, taller and more graceful! All levels of skill are welcome (no prior dance training required).
