This class involves a fusion of barre and pilates, with the first half performed standing at the barre for a lower body-focused burn with a smattering of cardio, and the second half performed on the mat for some upper body, lower body, and a 360degree core burn. Quick and fun!
Equipment: mat, barre (chair, counter, etc.), hand weights optional (1-5lbs)
