A classic Jamie barre class starting with several lower-body (and core) focused sequences at the barre, followed by several upper body sequences using an exercise band, finishing with a big core burner. Lots of controlled movements to strengthen the large primary mover muscles of the body makes this a safe yet challenging class.
Equipment: something to use as a barre (chair, counter, etc.), mat, exercise band (can substitute with hand weights)

Abby leads this class through a spicy warm up with weighted balls, then proceeds through sequences targeting mostly the lower body at the barre, and then heading to the mat for some cardio and core to wrap up a spicy full body workout. Lots of fun!
