A classic Jess HIIT class; two blocks of five exercises repeated three times, bookended by a 5 minute warm-up and cool-down (so Block A is exercise 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 repeated three times; Block B is exercise 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 repeated three times). Equal emphasis on upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body sweat!
Equipment: mat, weight (UGI ball, dumbells, household object weighted somewhere between 5-15lbs)
