This is an athletic, vinyasa-style class in which Jamie leads a flowy warm up, followed by a sequence curated toward the pose of the month (in this case, half bound garland, so lots of twists and binds!) that is run through once slowly on each side, then twice at a breathe-per-pose pace to help you really get into your body and have plenty of opportunity to practice and play. Ending with a juicy stretch and a peaceful savasana, this beautiful class will leave you feeling so good!
