With a focus on a luxuriant combination of long holds and oscillating motion, you will be gently led through an exploration of every range of motion in the thoraco/lumbar spine and hips. The class finishes with a long, yin-style sequence (while those in-studio are offered some hands-on assistance) chosen to provide release and relief to the low back. This class is probably the kindest thing you'll do for yourself all week!
