Treat yourself to this fun and challenging HIIT-style workout: 30minutes of full body exercises, divided into two blocks of 5 repeated exercises, that will equally challenge all areas of the body to leave you feeling strong and proud!
Equipment: yoga mat, weighted object (5-15lbs)
BLOCK #1:
1- Reverse lunge w/bicep curl + twist (alternating)
2- Deadlift + Row
3- High plank variations (shoulder taps, toe taps, jacks)
4- Widelegged Bongos (bicep curl+ twists)
5- Repeater knees
BLOCK #2:
1- Ugi Paddle
2- Glut bridges (single legged, double legged w/hamstring curl)
3- Skull crushers (triceps w/dead bug leg variations)
4- Alternating side planks
5- Squat jumps/jacks
