2- Glut Bridge/Lat Pull
3- Tricep Push-Ups
4- High Plank w/knee drops
5- Burpees
ROUND #2
1- Ugi Paddles
2- Back Extensions
3- Side Lunges w/Ugi
4- Sit-Ups (legs weighted)
5- High Knee March w/Ugi
Equipment: yoga mat, weighted object (5-15lbs recommended)
