A classic Jamie barre class starting with several lower-body (and core) focused sequences at the barre, followed by several upper body sequences using an exercise band, finishing with a big core burner. Lots of controlled movements to strengthen the large primary mover muscles of the body makes this a safe yet challenging class.
Equipment: something to use as a barre (chair, counter, etc.), mat, exercise band (can substitute with hand weights)
