The first half of this class is at the barre with mostly lower-body focused sequences (and a splash of upper body/core) that target all the major muscles that support and move the pelvis, hips, knees, and ankles. The second half is done away from the barre using an exercise band to target all the major muscles supporting and moving the core, shoulders, elbows and wrists. This class will elevate your heart rate, work your muscles, and leave you feeling so strong!
Equipment: Barre (or chair/counter/etc), yoga mat (optional), exercise band
